Can I return apparel items?
Unfortunately, no. Our apparel ships from international suppliers, and returning items across borders is costly, slow, and often blocked by customs. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns on any apparel.
Can I return peptides?
Peptides cannot be returned. Once a peptide has been reconstituted, it becomes unsellable for safety and quality reasons. To protect all customers, we cannot take these items back.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If something arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away. We’ll always help with issues caused by shipping errors or defects.
Why do you have a no‑returns policy on these items?
It’s mainly about safety, quality control, and international logistics. Some products can’t be resold once opened or reconstituted, and overseas returns are not feasible.
We ship all orders safely through PostNet. Your package will be sent to the PostNet nearest to your home or work address for easy collection. Delivery usually arrives within 3–4 business days after shipping. You’ll receive a full shipping confirmation with tracking so you can follow your order every step of the way.
