Can I return peptides?
Peptides cannot be returned. Once a peptide has been reconstituted, it becomes unsellable for safety and quality reasons. To protect all customers, we cannot take these items back.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If something arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away. We’ll always help with issues caused by shipping errors or defects.
Why do you have a no‑returns policy on these items?
